When you make a purchase from our online-store, you automatically accept our terms & conditions. All prices on our website are VAT-included and is specified in SEK.
When you place your order, you will recieve an orderconfirmation. Your order is usually sent within 2-4 workdays after you made your purchase, IF the product is in stock. However, if your purchased product is out of stock it could normally take up to 3-6 weeks before you get it delivered. We send all of our products through trackable parcels. These parcels are also padded in order to protect your product from harm and other damages during transportation. Please, be so kind to save your orderconfirmation if you need to get in touch with us once recieving your product. If any delays or errors occur in your placed order (Without recieving any further information from us, firsthand) contact us immidiately by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com.
Free shipping within the nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland)
When purchasing a product from our online-store, you automatically recieve the right to return your product within 14 days according to swedish law. The 14 days starts once you recieved your purchase.

Once we recieved your returned parcel, we will look over the item and send you an e-mail of confirmation. The amount in which your paid for your item will be returned the same way it was paid for. Note that any refunds can take up to 14 days before reaching your bank account.
The 14 days returnpolicy does not apply to specially ordered items.
You as customer pay for any costs of return and shipping. When returning any purchased item, please do so by using a padded parcel with full trackingservice as we do not take any responsibility for lost packages or any damage that occur on the item during transportation.
If you wish to recieve a full refund on your purchase, the product must be in it's original box, without any damages or any other indications that the product has been worn, used or altered in any way.
If you suspect your product to be a case of complaint, you must contact us immidiately with a detailed description of the issue and with attached, clear images showing the item of concern. E-mail all information to: email@example.com.
We will review the images and read your description as soon as possible and then e-mail you back with further instructions.
